The Bridge School是一間在1986年成立的特殊兒童學校，創辦人之一是Pegi Young，也就是Neil Young的太太，Neil Young的兩個兒子都是不會說話及站立的智障兒童。
1986年的The Bridge School Concert是第一屈，1987年停了一年，跟著從1988年開始就每年都會舉行這個專為The Bridge School籌款的演唱會，這二十多年來出席過演唱會的樂隊和歌手有很多，當中就有不少都是我們熟悉的Superstar。
這張《The Bridge School Concerts 25th Anniversary Edition》3DVD收錄?年曾經出席演唱會的樂隊和歌手珍貴的現場演出版本，極具收藏價值。
