With his dashing good look and a goofball personality, the Korean comedian Cha Seung-won, who earns credits for his part in "Jail Breaker" and "Break Out" brings tears and laughters to audience by playing the role of Kim Bong-du in the movie "Teacher Mr. Kim".
Originally a teacher who allocates his love and attention to students in proportion to the bribe taken from them, Mr. Kim is transferred to a small country school with only 5 students as a punishment for taking money from parents. His disappointment and dissatisfaction with the boring country school life drives him to make a plan of moving to Seoul by closing down the country school.
