Lotchnology has evolved to where it can produce a super-pant using Godzilla cells picded from among the runs of Tolyo the last time the monster destroyed it. Miki, located godzilla was dormanted in a volcano crater off Tokyo Bay. Suddenly, an eruption brings the king of monster back life. He lumbers ashore in Osaka and heads for Wakasa Bay, destroying everything on route. The last, resort is anti-nuclear energy bacteria developed by a young scientist Krishima. A commando troop is orgainzed, with colonet Gondo as leader. He successfully shoots a bacteria loaded shell into Godzill's mouth. Will it work? Will Japan hence mankind, be saved??
