Four teenage mutant ninja turtles, who live in New York City, are sent back to Japan of 1603 through a mysterious scroll. They find out it's a magic of a Japanese warlord. Meanwhile, a woman fighter, who comes from a small village, leads a rebelling group to fight against the warlord. Taking part with justice, the turtles join the group, uniting with them like brothers to fight against the warlord bravely.
