Item Return
If you find the received item(s) has defects or is wrongly delivered, please log in "My Account"
and request RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) with the details of RMA reasons
within 30 days after receiving the order.
Upon receipt of the RMA order confirmation, please return the damaged/defective items to us securely packaged
and wrapped within 3 working days. Local customer can sends back the goods in person within the office hour
as shown in the website.

Please provide us the following details along with your shipment :
1. New RMA Order number
2. Product ID. & Product name
3. Reason for return
The Customer should pay the respective postage fee. Once we received the product, we examine the defective item(s). If the defect you described is found, we will ship you a replacement of the defective item(s) along with your latest order. Otherwise, you need to pay the additional shipping charge for this RMA order.You can check the "RMA Order Status" online.
Over 30 days RMA request is not applicable.
To compensate our customers the inconvenience caused from the item return, 8000 YoYo Cash
will be offered to YoYo Cash
will be offered to YoYo Cash will be directly transferred to your YoYo Cash Account and
it is applicable once an order.
However,the original item will be shipped back to you together with new order if the defect you described is not found. We will not handle the delivery separately.
We recommend that you send your return via
a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.
If the return item is out of stock, we will refund the product amount to you by YoYo Cash. We are sorry that we will not refund to you in cash, cheque, T/T or direct debit.
